On July 28, the PlayCity Agency announced the blocking of 495 unlicensed gambling websites operating in Ukraine. The regulatory measure targets platforms offering casino games without official authorization.
Blocked Platforms and Brand Networks
The majority of the restricted domains function as mirror sites for established online casinos, designed to circumvent earlier access restrictions. Analysis of the published registry identifies more than thirty distinct brands. The most extensive mirror networks belong to 1win, Flagman Casino, Fugu Casino, Fresh Casino, and Sol Casino. Additional operators included in the blocklist are Gizbo Casino, Izzi Casino, Monro Casino, Parik24, and Rox Casino.Earlier this year, Ukrainian regulators disclosed an illegal online casino network generating over $3.1 million in revenue.
